Scheduling your classes & Redeeming your Voucher Please Read All The Information Below
STEP 1 :Create an account profile by clicking on “Schedule a Class.” on mindbody website …If you have purchased more than one voucher, please make sure the other person creates there own profile and fills out the information below. If you don’t create a profile, we can’t activate your deal. PLEASE DON”T SKIP THIS.
STEP 2: Provide us with your Account and Deal Information. Please Complete all the Information Below. If you do not fill it all out your Deal will not be Activated.
STEP 3:With the Deal You can CHOOSE ONLY one class(1 Deal) or one of each(3 Deal) or two of Each(6 Deal)

3. Lap Dance
(No Exceptions). Please do not register for the other classes. If you schedule a class that is NOT Part of the Deal, we will cancel that class.
You will Receive an EbyResa email confirmation that your DEAL has been “activated” (usually within 24 hrs***). Once activated, you can SCHEDULE A CLASS online on the Mindbody site. At that time you can register for your classes before the expiration date. If you do not receive an email Confirmation please check your SPAM ACCOUNT. For any reason you still did not receive an email please send a Follow up Email.
