Hello, So its been a little over a month since I wrote. A lot has happened since a month ago. I rented my rental. Woo Hoo. Right after I wrote that last blog I got it rented. One of the girls stayed so I needed to rent 2 of the rooms and I did. I hope they stay for a while. Now that it is rented I can relax a little bit. I really wanted to go burning man and my friends had a blast but I will go next year. In a couple weeks I am going to a 2 day camping mini burning man called decom. The last month work has been good. I have been busy teaching parties, selling DVD’s and working daily on my biz. Striptease 101 DVD is on Amazon. It is a mixture of pilates, yoga, stretching and ballet. I love it. I am also doing a little more cardio. I love food and I eat pretty well when I am home but when I am out I eat and enjoy my wine. I am going to try real hard the next 2 months to do the bar method 3 times a week, cardio 3 times a week and eat at home more and eat really good. I want to get real fit and see the results right before the holidays. I am feeling good and already seeing results but want to see more. My website is coming a long. Working on getting all the dvd clips on the site to sell. I also want to start working on that referral sexy site. I want to find a web guy who would be interested in getting it off the ground with me. That is the thing I always have lots of ideas but I need to put it in action. Business coaching is also in the works. I have been meeting and helping a handful of people on their businesses and ideas. I just love it. I love biz, marketing and helping people. Hi Today is August 19th. Lately I have been thinking a lot during hard times and figuring out what is important to me. I know I love San Diego, my family, my friends, my pug Bailey, love cooking and enjoying other restaurants, traveling, enjoying wine. I started reading more and started a new book club. I also love what I teach. I feel like my striptease lap dance lessons is not a job. Every time I teach a workshop and meet the new women and see them smile and shine it makes me feel like I did something great that day. This is bachelorette season so I have been teaching a party almost every weekend. I am pretty happy that I am keeping myself busy during this recession. We all wish were busier. I am grateful for what I have been doing. I also love the marketing aspect of my business. I love getting on the computer and advertising all over the internet to get ebyresa and striptease lap dance lessons on top of the search engines. I have a couple summer specials going on.I started a $10.00 Intro Teaser Striptease Class. Most women who take this class will sign up for another workshop. Most are taking the 3.5 Striptease 101 Class and buying the DVD’s. Monday I had 6 girls join the class. It was awesome. My at home parties during the week are $50.00 OFF. Sunday thru Wednesday an at home party is $15.00 per girl instead of $20.00 per girl for an hour min 10 girls. If less than 10 girls it is $150.00. You pick the location, girls, food , drinks ect and I come out and teach the party. The one on one lessons are also on Summer Discount. $50.00 an hour instead of $69.00. Spread the word. I am excited t see where ebyresa takes me. I just love it and can’t wait for it to grow. During this time I know I would love to teach my classes all over the world and travel while doing it. I feel like my condo DT won’t let me do that unless I sell it. I decided in a couple years ( if the real estate market levels out) I can sell it and move back to my rental in Serra Mesa or move to a one bedroom apartment no more than $1000.00 a month. Than I can travel and not feel stuck. Right now I am trying to rent my rental. I usually get it rented right away. Not this time. It shows that people can’t afford it and there are many more houses and condos on the market. Tough times. Because I can’t rent it, I decided not to go to burning man this year. It’s been a stressful month and I feel like if I go I wouldn’t be focusing on what I need to focus on. Renting it out or getting some one in that week. I feel optimistic and everything happens for a reason. It will get rented and my biz will do great and good times ahead. I see it happening and hope do to. Well have a great hump day. The last 3 days I have relaxed and enjoyed every moment. Last week went out every day with friends in town. Tonight going to a hump day happy hour with a girlfriend and tomorrow going out with my old roommate. We are going to catch up. Friday night I have a date and we are going to grab some sushi. Been going out a lot, partying, not much traveling. I am heading to LA to visit the family this weekend. Beginning of September going to Burning Man. It is a camping trip for almost a week in 115 degrees with sand storms. It will be an experience but I am really excited about it. I have a handful of friends going and I heard that it will open my eyes and mind to many new things. This is the only trip that I can do this year. I am needing it. Social Life has been a lot of fun. I ended up not doing the scavenger hunt for my bday. We had a great day. Went to Aqua Day Spa and got a massage. Got a mani an pedi. That night went to Nobu at Hard Rock. Oh My God- So good. The food there is awesome. After that went dancing and partied at Fleetwood. I was supposed to go to New Orleans right after that. We ended up not going. Airplane delays and we decided not to go. Rebecca and I went to Pechanga Wine Country for the night. We had so much fun. Great dinner, great drinks,company and we had so much fun. Last weekend Rebecca and I went to Santa Barbara for the weekend. My friend Dave had a 60th birthday party. He rented a huge house and had his friends party and stay up there. We had a blast. I saw some old friends I haven’t seen for awhile. Partied and enjoyed every moment. Saturday night there was a dance room with a pole. The other room was a dungeon room. We had different costume changes. I changed into 5 different lingerie and costumes. What a weekend. I am done partying for a moment. It took a couple days to get back on track. Now my goal is to work full fledge on my DVD Sales. I have many more ideas in the works.Please spread the word. That Sunday night Rebecca and I saw “O” at Bellagio. Loved every moment of it. Go see it if you can. I have been going out in SD a lot also. Trying new restaurants, dating here and there. No one special. Partying a little to much. This week taking it easy. I am staying home all week and cooking, watching TV, movies, relaxing and going to bed early. I am already filing better. This weekend I am going to try to take it easy. I have a friend coming in town so maybe dinner. The weekend after April 25th is My bday. I can’t believe it. I have a busy week that week.
